What does the 2-year warranty cover? +
Every unit is covered against material and workmanship defects. If a product fails through normal use, we replace it at our own expense. Wear from misuse, accidents, or modifications is not covered.
Will I be enrolled in a subscription? +
Never. Every order is a one-time purchase. We do not run continuity programs, and your card details are not retained after the charge is processed.
How fast does shipping take? +
Orders ship within twenty-four hours via USPS expedited. A tracking number arrives by email the same day. Worldwide delivery within seven business days, free of charge.
Do you ship internationally? +
Yes. We ship worldwide, free of charge. Customs duties and import taxes are pre-paid for most destinations; any local fee is the customer's responsibility.

Refund Policy

We refund all cases of fraud and unauthorized transactions, including shipping and handling charges. Call +1 (321) 320-8835 to obtain a refund. Additional refunds are issued at the discretion of the company. Customers are restricted to receiving a single refund per product ordered. Repetitive refunds are not permitted unless the product, as delivered to you, is defective. We reserve the right to refuse a refund to any customer who repeatedly requests refunds or who, in our judgment, requests refunds in bad faith. In order to process your refund, you must supply us with your name and delivery address. If you provide us with insufficient or incorrect information your refund will be delayed. We will credit any returned opened or unopened product if the received package is post marked within 30 days of the order received date and included with a RMA number obtained from customer service. Refunds will be issued to customer credit card within 3 business days. No returns are credited after 30 days of the received date. Any merchandise must be returned at the customer's expense and must have an RMA number marked on it. No returns are credited if they are not accompanied by an RMA number.

Return Policy

To obtain your refund, contact customer service by phone and obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to place on your package.
